The Sustainable Work and Management Institute (SWMI) brings together people coming from institutions holding the belief that there is much more to understand, to create and to concretely do to improve self-employed workers and employees’ working conditions.
The collaborative workshops of the SWMI bring together professionals from five colleges and guests around a topic. These spaces of dialogue last as long as an issue benefits from being explored in several voices.
Their utility is to set in motion the thought of each individual, to cross perspectives and to produce, to describe or to enlighten specific approaches. Their goal is to spread out the objects/objectives of the SWMI in real life (quality of work, acknowledgement, health, performance, social dialogue, etc): the working groups regularly leads to the fabrication of tools or useful approaches in different situation of work.
